Step 1
Bring your items in to the store. No appointment is needed, but please feel free to call ahead of your arrival to verify availability. We will review your dress, and offer you a price that we see best fits the style, age, and condition. If you accept the offer we will ask for some personal identification information, such as your name, phone number, and home address.

Your dress will be on our racks for 3 months, if it is not sold within that time you can come and reclaim it. If an item is not reclaimed it will be donated to a local charity.

If your item is purchased by a customer within 3 months, we will mail your half of the profit to you. It’s that easy!

What are your hours?
We are open 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday thru Friday and 10:00am – 3:00pm on Saturdays. To make an appointment outside of business hours, please call us at (218) 628-0501.
Do I need an appointment?
At West Duluth Sewing & Design, appointments are not required. However, if possible please call ahead of time with any specific requests you may need. Calling ahead of time also allows us to prep any equipment or material that may be needed for your request.
I have a vintage dress, will you accept it?
Typically we do not accept dresses over 10 years old, though styles are always changing please feel free to stop in and we will review the dress.
What happens if my dress does not sell?
If your dress does not sell within three months you can come and reclaim it. If an item is not reclaimed it will be donated to a local charity.
How much will I make?
At West Duluth Sewing & Design we split our profit 50/50 with you!
Can I sell more than one dress at a time?
Yes! There is no limit on the number of dresses you can sell at one time. Feel free to bring in what you have and we will review them all!
How do I get paid?
If your item is purchased by a customer within three months and you provided a home address, we will mail your half of the profit to you.
